Ingredients for Sponge Cake:

1. Maida flour 300 grams
2. Corn flour 15 grams
3. 300 grams of powdered sugar
4. Baking powder 4 g
5. Milk powder 15 gms
6. Egg 6 count
7. Butter 225 grams
8. A quarter teaspoon of salt
9. One teaspoon of vanilla essence
10. Water 120 ml

Delicious Sponge Cake Recipe:

Sift maida milk powder baking powder corn flour salt two or three times well.
Add butter and powdered sugar and beat until smooth.
Thirdly, break the eggs and beat them at home until they become well foamed. Add to the sugar mixture and then add the sifted flour mixture little by little and mix. Add vanilla essence to it.
Add the beaten egg to this and mix it lightly so as not to get too much air. Once this dough is mixed, pour it into a greased pan and spread it evenly and bake in the oven at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes or 35 minutes. Delicious sponge cake is ready.

This can be done by pouring it on a plate with Arya and icing it if you want or cut it plain and enjoy it.
